welcome to little mountain yoga

a safe and non-intimidating yoga studio for health and well-being

We offer a safe and nourishing environment for students of all abilities to find comfort and ease in their yoga practice.

We teach all levels of Hatha yoga in our sweet, intimate studio. Our teaching style is influenced by our shared passion for experiential anatomy and structural alignment. We offer a variety of Hatha yoga classes, Body Rolling yoga classes, workshops, private yoga instruction, private therapeutic yoga as well as CranioSacral therapy.

At little mountain yoga we offer you our skills and highly attuned intuition with our heartfelt compassion to assist you in finding grace, ease and comfort in mind, body and being.

Yoga is experienced in that mind which has ceased to identify itself with its vacillating waves of perception.

Essence and energy, body and breath, are indivisible; when the body does not move, essence cannot flow; when essence cannot flow, energy becomes stagnant.
