Meet Your Teacher
Lindsay Paul
In what started as a volunteer opportunity with Yokid…Stretch Your Limits to teach kids yoga to under resourced communities has led me to continue to teach yoga and mindfulness with children, youth, and families to share the many benefits that yoga has to offer!
For over 5 years, my classes have reached 100's of students and families.
I value building relationships with parents and teachers by sharing class updates along with encouraging kids to share their practice with others which has allowed yoga to expand beyond the yoga classes and into homes and school communities!
One of my greatest joys is hearing back from teachers and parents that music, poses, or meditations we use in class are being practiced and shared at home or during the school day.
Prior to being a kids yoga teacher, I worked at a non-profit for nearly 10 years. I also spent a school year as a teacher/mentor at Fusion Academy working one-on-one with middle and high school students with various learning differences teaching yoga, wellness, life skills, and PE classes.
Having taught 500+ classes and learning from amazing teachers and mentors along the way who have shared their expertise, knowledge, and experience has helped me become a better teacher. My most important teachers are my students who help me continue to do my best and grow each day!
Why Little Mountain Yoga?
Little Mountain Yoga was created to help kids recognize their inner strength to practice being strong, still, and quiet — just like a mountain. I believe that in these quiet moments, we can connect more confidently to ourselves, others, our communities, and the world around us through the practice of yoga.
Teachers, Parents, and students share they love Little Mountain Yoga classes!
I hope you will too. Try a class!
