Come out to breathe, move, and elax together in kid-friendly ways while celebrating the joy of the holiday season.
This class is for children ages 2 - 7 year olds* and their parent(s)/caregiver(s).

Length: 45 minutes
Location: Lost River Yoga
$15 per class for 1 child + 1 adult parent/caregiver.
*Siblings of any age are welcome along with an additional parent/caregiver. Discounts are available.
Why the age range? It keeps classes developmentally appropriate for kids to enjoy and have fun in class.
